When this single was originally released, I was fortunate to have a penpal in England. Her name was Tracey and she was also very much into music.
She sent me a package with two singles included:
1) Band Aid "Do They Know It's Christmas?" and
2) Tears For Fears "Shout."
The record sleeve has the same Peter Blake image for the front but the back of the sleeve has a photo of the performers with a small diagram which lists their names and corresponding space in the photo (see Sgt. Pepper for the same thing).
I still have the singles in their original envelope, they are in perfect condition. It's from this disc that I take the following information.
