Roger McGuinn is currently touring the United States and Europe with his new, Limited Edition Roger McGuinn Rickenbacker 12-string guitar. This custom-designed guitar, of which only 1,000 will be produced, can be ordered from local Rickenbacker dealers.
A source of Byrds information, including lengthy interviews with many of the parties involved, is John Rogan’s biography of the group, Timeless Flight (London: Scorpion/Dark Star, 1981)
Look for Roger McGuinn’s upcoming autobiography, tentatively titled A Byrd’s Eye View, to be published in hard-cover in 1989 by E.P. Dutton
